Let’s celebrate! We’re testing our strength with a good old fashioned Flex Day and welcoming our new Beast Lab grads with a sweat sesh followed by a sauna. Our favorite mobile sauna, Red Rock Sauna, will be pulling curbside. Feel free to jump in before and/or after class!
