Offering group classes geared towards strength, endurance and recovery! We want our clients to not only be strong but flexible and mobile as well!


ENTER THE BELL: A KB&CO Rite of Passage. Before the fire, there is form. Before the flow, there is focus. Enter the Bell is your guided initiation into the art of the Kettlebell —four private sessions across two weeks with KB&CO’s own guru, Leandra Branch.
You’ll learn the foundations, from the Swing to the Get-Up, and everything in between. This rite of passage is followed by a free week of group classes—your chance to put new skills into practice and connect with our amazing KB&CO community.

DoubleFisting: Time to put both of those sweaty claws on those bells! This class will always be 2-hands and one bell for Level I and double bells for level II. 2-hand work and double bells builds so much power to our movements! It also keep’s us squared, forcing our weaker side to show up like the strong side.

HEAVY Metal: Just like the name implies… we GO BIG! With technique (of course) always in mind. This class truly emulates our mantra that you are only as strong as your form, which is a philosophy adopted by all Kb&Co instructors. So chalk up beefcake and let’s get some results!

Swing: Gain CORE STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, MOBILITY, and FLEXIBILITY with Kettlebells most valuable move, the SWING. Become one with the swing and all your kettlebell dreams will come true.

Get Up: You will focus on slowing your movements down to work on the foundations of proper belling - form, breathing techniques, and sustaining POWer to increase STRENGTH. FEEL THE POWER OF THE DARK SIDE! But without all the evil and lightning bolts.

IRON SANDWICH: This is where we put it all together, sandwich style! Flow in-and-out of moves adding sweat inducing layers of DYNAMIC movements that will work on both endurance and strength. IRON Sandwich is a KB&CO favorite! Now fire up the kitchen because we’re cookin’ tonight!

Beast Builder: Here anything goes… more strength themed, more endurance, maybe both?! In BB we can bring out all the toys. Let’s try something different and conquer. A little TRAP BAR, some PULL UPS, a little SLED, hop into some BOX JUMPS or let us KETTLEBELL!

Yoga Asana: A gentle Hatha yoga flow to open your body. When we move with more intention, rather than speed, we can explore deeper, more subtle layers of awareness both on and off the mat. Class includes gentle breath work and guided meditation.

NOTE: Please bring your own mat

LEVEL: ALL WELCOME
